Privacy Policy

There are two kinds of people in this policy: people who have an account with us, and people who subscribed through a sign-up page we host. The rules are different for each, so they are separated below.

If you have an account

We store your email address, your login credentials (handled by Supabase), the pages you create, and basic usage analytics. Payment details, if any, are handled by Polar as merchant of record and never touch our servers. We use this to operate the Service for you. Your account data is protected with row-level security, so no other account can read it.

If you subscribed through a sign-up page

We store your email address, the date and time, your IP address, your country, and how you arrived at the page. We also store which version of the notice was on screen when you subscribed, so it is always possible to show exactly what you were told.

The page you used may be run by someone else, and we host it for them. In that case both they and we receive your details, and the notice on the page names both. They decide what they send you; we do not email you on their behalf.

We may combine these records with records from other pages and services we operate, in order to recognize the same person across them. This is stated in the notice shown before you subscribe.

We keep these records even if the person who ran the page closes their account. Closing an account removes their access, not the record.

Processors

Supabase (database & authentication), Polar (payments, as merchant of record), Vercel (hosting and traffic analytics). Each stores only what is needed for their function.

If this business changes hands

If Grows Pulse is sold, merged, or otherwise transferred, the information described here transfers as part of that.

Where the Service is available

Sign-ups from Europe are not currently accepted. If your country is in the EU, the EEA, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the form is not shown to you and a submission is rejected.

Deletion

Account holders can contact us to close an account, which deletes the account and its login. Subscribers can unsubscribe from any email at any time. If you want your subscriber record deleted, contact us and we will tell you what we can do.
